It’s no secret that yoga is associated with many health benefits: on a physical level, practicing yoga helps improve flexibility, balance, strength and endurance. With new yoga studios and yogis popping up every month, Hong Kong city dwellers are spoilt for choice when it comes to finding ways to stay active while improving well-being.
