Monthly rentals for Rosewood's ultra-luxe serviced apartments range from HK$57,000 to HK$1.6 million
In March, when Rosewood Hotel Group CEO Sonia Cheng opened the company’s first outpost in Hong Kong, she raised the city’s hospitality standards to new heights. Now, she’s elevating luxury residential living with the launch of Rosewood Residences.
“Rosewood Residences adds a whole new facet to being ‘in residence’ and brings world class services and amenities to the guest experience,” Sonia announced in a press release on Wednesday. “The specialised attention to detail and creating a bespoke experience for residents that emphasises privacy, security but also provides access and convenience—and of course, adding all the touches of home and customisation to a level not seen in serviced apartments.”

The 186 new apartments occupy the same tower as Sonia’s famed hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, and features bespoke amenities and a 24-hour private club. Each room was curated by interior designer and Tatler Asia cover star Tony Chi, and spaces vary from light-filled studio apartments to opulent three-bedroom penthouses with sweeping views of Hong Kong Island.

Rosewood has incorporated wellness in all of its properties, and its new residences are no exception. The space features a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a yoga studio and heated indoor pool. Meanwhile guests will be able to book fitness activities and personal training sessions seven-days a week.
