It’s all too easy to order-in, especially during lockdown. Takeaway is definitely a great alternative to cooking, but just remember that every time food is delivered to your door, it does comes with a lot of plastic and paper packaging. Instead of food-delivery, choose to cook at home instead. Not only will you know that you’re reducing waste, but you’ll also know exactly what is going in your food, making it the healthier option.
