Catch the full-length production of Swan Lake in Hong Kong with statuesque dancer Irina Kolesnikova

Having toured around the world, the St Petersburg Ballet Theatre is bringing the full length production of Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake to Hong Kong for the first time in May 2018 with prima ballerina Irina Kolesnikova.

The 60-member St Petersburg Ballet Theatre will come to Hong Kong from sold out seasons in London and Paris and for a limited season from 1 May 2018, the traditional Russian classical ballet company will perform at Lyric Theatre at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts Centre with tickets available now.

First performed in St Petersburg in 1895, the world's most famous ballet Swan Lake has been presented by St Petersburg Ballet Theatre in six continents along with other classical masterpieces like Giselle, Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, and The Sleeping Beauty.

“This is the real thing: grand-scale Russian ballet and a complete classical full-length work. If you see only one ballet in your life, let it be this,” said the tour producer Andrew Guild.
