Acts to watch

Arguably the most eclectic and diverse musical lineup Hong Kong has ever seen, the festival features a total of around 100 top international, regional and local acts—including our very own MD on the decks with his DJ collective Uptown Rockers. Four global legendary acts are set to light up the mainstage: New York indie legends Interpol; Grammy-nominated Malian duo Amadou & Mariam; former Talking Heads frontman David Byrne and former Pulp lead singer Jarvis Cocker and his new band, JARV IS.

Fans of American R&B sensation Khalid, the prodigious talent behind hit-filled ‘American Teen’, will have a chance to watch his live performance debut in Hong Kong as he takes over the mainstage with hypnotic MCs and hip-hop beatmakers.

Just this past weekend, Clockenflap announced Erykah Badu, the queen of neo-soul as the final addition to bring Sunday night to a phenomenal close, joining the likes of Sudanese-American rapper Oddisee alongside his band Good Company and reggae-influenced South London beatmaker Swindle.
