To celebrate its dedication to bringing unique luxurious dining experiences to its guests, The Ritz-Carlton has announced that its highly anticipated Stellar Dining Series by The Ritz Carlton will take place in September and October this year. This is the second instalment of the series, which was met with worldwide acclaim when it made its debut last year.
The 2019 Stellar Dining Series by The Ritz Carlton invites seven of the hotel brand’s award-winning chefs to align across three of the hotel's five-star properties—The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo, The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto and The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou—where they will host a series of exclusive dining experiences.

The Stellar Dining Series by The Ritz-Carlton’s kicks off in one of the most celebrated cities in the world for food; Tokyo.
Shintaro Miyazaki of The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo’s fine dining restaurant, Azure 45, will be team up with two fellow award-winning chefs for a series of 6 Hands Dinners; Christophe Gilbert, who helms the upscale French restaurant La Baie at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka; and Erlantz Gorstiza of The Ritz-Carlton Abama, who has made a name for himself for his unique take on Basque-style cuisine.
At the same time, neighbouring restaurant Hinokizaka will be guest helmed by Kenji Fujimoto of The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto.
A renowned master in the art of tempura, Fujimoto will be guiding guests through a journey for the senses as they savour the sight, smell, taste and sound of his signature dishes – including his Kyotanba Hiraigyu beef wrapped in shiso before fried to absolute perfection in his one-of-a kind egg yolk tempura batter.
The Stellar Dining Series by The Ritz-Carlton goes beyond the kitchen to The Lobby Lounge, as The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo will also be hosting an exclusive Afternoon Tea featuring a fabulous selection of pastries crafted in collaboration between chef William Khala of The Ritz-Carlton, Doha and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong's pastry chef Richard Long.
