The newly released Forbes Hong Kong’s Richest 2020 unveiled that Li Ka-shing is no longer the city’s richest man—Henderson Land Development’s Lee Shau Kee took over the No. 1 spot by a slim lead of US$1 billion in net worth. Here are the top 10 Hong Kong tycoons who made it onto the list

1. Lee Shau Kee

Net worth: US$30 billion

For the first time in 12 years, Lee Shau Kee, age 92, surpassed Lee Ka-shing to hold the No. 1 spot on the list. The billionaire stepped down as chairman of Henderson Land Development last year in May and was replaced by his two sons, Peter Lee Ka-kit and Martin Lee Ka-shing, who took over as joint chairman and managing directors.

2. Li Ka-shing
