Known for breaking conventional modalities of structural definition, Gehry has successfully made Opus Hong Kong a new landmark. Its helical structure spirals upward, while the interior rotates around a central core tower to give each unit a different interior layout and a panoramic view.

Starting in the second quarter, a total of 12 units will be available for lease. Among them are two duplex garden apartments ranging from approximately 6,000 to 6,900 square feet in size. Each sumptuous unit has access to rooftop swimming pools.

Marinella, Aberdeen

Marinella

If you think the Marinella in Aberdeen is just another luxury establishment in a prime location with a killer view, you are mistaken. The marina-inspired development opted for a green approach by adhering to the green building code: Installed in the rooftop are photovoltaic panels for renewable energy that heats up water in the clubhouse, while the sky garden allows sunlight and fresh air to seep through naturally.

In terms of location, Marinella is also second to none. Nearby Aberdeen Marina Club and Hong Kong Country Club will make weekends all the more relaxing, and together with its 270º panoramic view of the southern district of Hong Kong, K. Wah Real Estates’ Marinella is looking certain to attract a sellout crowd in the third quarter.
