This month, Tatler will be hosting our first-ever wellness week where we’ll be bringing in experts to lead fireside chats at The Upper House, while Hong Kong’s breathwork master, Brain Lai will be co-leading a special breathwork and yoga event with Flowga.

1. Tatler Fireside Chat: Keeping In Mind
When: July 19, 6:30pm to 8pm
Where: Sky Lounge, The Upper House
What: Tatler will be hosting two wellness-themed fireside chats at The Upper House this month. The first one, Talking Mental, will feature three very special guests: Aaron Robbie, founder of Talking Mental, a digital platform that advocates for mental health destigmatisation; Christine Deschemin, a certified hypnotherapist; and Stacey Monoghan, holistic health and well-being coach.
In this intimate fireside chat, the experts will discuss the unexpected stress Covid-19 has brought upon our world and daily lives, and suggest ways that will help you better cope with day-to-day stress so you’ll be able to feel more confident about how to move forward in your life.
