Arguably the most famous member of the group and the current It girl of K-pop, this isn’t the 18-year-old singer’s first foray into the K-pop industry. In fact, she was a former member of Izone, a project girl group created in 2018 from the reality competition series Produce 48. She also finished first place in the competition and promoted the group until it disbanded in early 2021. Since the debut of Ive, she has become the face of various fashion and lifestyle brands including South Korean cosmetics brand, Innisfree; and Italian luxury brand, Miu Miu

Like Wonyoung, Yujin was also a member of the former girl group Izone. Competing in the same competition, the South Korean singer finished fifth place. She, too, promoted alongside the project girl group until its disbandment. Currently, the leader of the girl group is also the brand ambassador for South Korean makeup brand, Clio Cosmetics; and Italian luxury fashion house, Fendi. 

If this Jeju-born singer looks familiar, it’s because she featured in South Korean singer and Girls Generation leader Taeyeon’s 2017 music video, This Christmas. Before joining Starship Entertainment, the 18-year-old star was training at the Jeju Hallyu Training Centre. At Starship, she was a trainee for two years before debuting in Ive.

The maknae (youngest person in the group) of Ive, 14-year-old Leeseo is a fresh face in the K-pop industry. In 2022, Starship Entertainment released a collaboration single featuring Leeseo; co-member Wonyoung; Oh My Girl’s Arin and Hyojung; and Cravity’s Serim and Jungmo. Titled Blue & Black, the digital single was part of Starship Entertainment’s collaboration project with Pepsi.

Known to fans as “Gaeul Sunbae” (senior), the 21-year-old singer is the oldest member of the group. Making her debut at 19, she trained for four years at Starship Entertainment before debuting with Ive in 2021.

Rei is the only Japanese member of the South Korean girl group. The 16-year-old rapper was born in Nagoya, Japan, and graduated from the School of Performing Arts Seoul in 2022. Earlier this year, she announced that she would take a break from performing due to health issues. She has since returned to participating in Ive’s group activities.
