The happy couple’s dreamy destination wedding was held earlier this week
Laurinda Ho Chiu-lin, the daughter of late Stanley Ho, the casino king of Asia, married Chinese Canadian actor Shawn Dou in a gorgeous two-day affair in Bali earlier this week.
The wedding was held at the Six Senses Uluwatu Bali hotel with more than 100 guests in attendance. But even the venue’s stunning ocean view, beautiful gardens and perfect weather couldn’t outshine the joy of the happy couple, who exchanged their vows in front of their friends and family, and promised to enter the next chapter of their lives together.

A lavish wedding
As the daughter of Asia’s late gambling king, Ho spared no expense in creating the most unforgettable wedding. Her new husband also played a hands-on role in the preparations, including selecting the venue, and participating in the theme design, content planning and music selection.
The wedding venue was decorated with an abundance of flowers, crystals and larger-than-life set pieces such as crystal chandeliers and a grand piano. However, it was also designed in such a way that the extravagant event, which cost HK$50 million, blended seamlessly with its surrounding nature, and endless ocean and sky backdrop.
