You’ve acted, hosted, entertained, and even sung a handful of songs. Which would you say are some of your proudest works and why?
It’s a question I always get, but I think it’s hard to choose just one. I’m always proud of my current work and enjoy it very much.
What’s a passion project or concept, be in it acting or singing, that you’re hoping to someday explore?
I think acting and singing are inseparable, and I’m always working on them because they require constant practice. The conceptualisation part takes a lot of effort (laughs).

The Hallyu continues to come in waves. Why do you think that K-culture continues to resonate, more so now than ever, with the international audience?
I think the power of K-culture stems from the fact that there are so many good creators and so many wonderful artists who express it beyond the creator’s intentions.
What are three things you’re looking forward to the most when you come back to Malaysia for your fan meet?
Fans, food, and friendly Malaysians.
