A time for connection

Signs affected the most: Taurus, Libra, Pisces

Friendly and sociable vibes are all around us as the Sun and Venus pull closer together at the start of the week. Under this influence, most of us are operating with higher EQs and intuition about what other people are thinking and feeling. Contact with the dreamy planet Neptune means we can also put others on pedestals, or chase after slightly unrealistic fantasies if we are not careful. If commitment is something you are looking for, this may be a good time to put the topic on the table.

Powerful movements of energy

Signs most affected: Aries, Cancer, Capricorn

Physical power and kinetic energy build around mid-week and we can find ourselves pushing our goals forward with greater gusto. With all that energy flying around, beware of tripping on the stairs or knocking over wine glasses. Confrontations may also arise, particularly with powerful or authoritative figures who we feel are holding us down. Try counting to ten before doing anything rash and impulsive. If we can harness the power of this period, we can get a lot done.

Flashes of brilliance

Signs most affected: Gemini, Virgo, Aquarius

Bright ideas and Eureka moments can strike with Mercury and Uranus coming into contact by the weekend. Your mind may be going a mile a minute, so writing things down may help you keep track of it all. There can be a scattered quality to our thinking right now as well, so don’t expect to be on top of your organisational game. Sudden and ingenious plans may need time to brew a while before you know if they are actually worth pursuing.
