A celebration of light over darkness, Deepavali is the Festival of Lights, complete with intricate Rangoli (patterns on the ground made with colourful rice and sand), stunning saris, and, of course, an abundance of food. Here are the latest need-to-know eateries to visit on your next food adventure.

• Karen Yap of Ethnic Sarawak Night will host a dinner on November 24, 2023 at Temu House.
• Ignis KL will host a chef’s table series called At the Table once a month focusing on produce. The first dinner will occur on November 22, 2023.
• Nadodi will be collaborating with Marguerite for a special menu available for two nights only, from November 8-9, 2023.
• Lafite welcomes guest chef Simone Loisi from Waterfall Ristorante Italiano at Shangri-La Singapore from November 24-25, 2023, who will present a 5-course Waterfall Tasting Menu.
• From November 10 to December 1, 2023, Nobu Kuala Lumpur will be serving an all-new Truffle Omakase menu.
• Marini’s on 57 has launched its new Autumn menu for 2023.
