Dynamic dining with Roots, Siargao

Six friends enamoured by the world of F&B founded the creative hub Casa Kaos and created the restaurant Roots in Siargao, espousing an interdisciplinary approach to dining. Their goal is to foster creativity within gastronomy and hospitality. At Roots, the team works intimately with the communities around them, aiming to put local products and producers centre stage. Storytelling is at the core of the establishment's DNA, from food, restaurant design, to their overall ethos.
