What’s cookin’?

Hello,

Our signature culinary festival, Off Menu, makes its return this November 18-19, featuring a truly stellar lineup of Asia's best chefs. For this larger-than-life assemblage of top culinary talent, there's no better place to host them than in Macau, where the hotels are bigger and the lights are brighter. Among the chef lineup, expect the likes of Jimmy Lim of three-Michelin-starred JL Studio in Taichung, Pichaya "Pam" Utharntharm of Potong in Bangkok, and Jordy Navarra of Manila's Toyo Eatery. Tickets are limited, so book your spot before it's too late!
