The year may be winding down, but we can’t say the same thing about the local dining scene where new bars and restaurants keep on popping up. With the launch of The Singapore Edition comes Fysh, a steakhouse-inspired seafood dining concept by notable Australian chef Josh Niland where every part of the fish is used in creating his signature dishes. Keen on trying ice cream made of fish eyes or pasta made of fish bones? 

Even East Coast has gotten livelier with the launch of The Feather Blade Steak and Seafood Bar, the sister restaurant of The Feather Blade steakhouse, as well as Merci Marcel, the French restaurant’s fourth outlet that is located in the buzzy Katong neighbourhood.
