DID YOU KNOW?

If you’ve been Keeping Up with the Kardashians, you may have seen the episode in the reality TV series where Kendall Jenner and her best friend Hailey Bieber went for a session of Nad+ (the commonly used term for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) intravenous therapy. This treatment involves dripping a concentrated dose of Nad+—a coenzyme in your cells that helps to regulate cellular functions, DNA repair and anti-ageing—directly into your bloodstream.

The goal is to enable your body to repair itself more quickly, or as Bieber said in the show with some exaggeration: “I’m going to do Nad for the rest of my life, and I’m never going to age.”

THE EDIT

🛡️ Finding the moral compass. Ethical considerations of biohacking include involving authorised members of the scientific community in regulating safe and secure applications and approaches.

🏕  Retreat to rejuvenate. Wellness programmes like The Reset Retreat, Young Forever and Rakxa are becoming more popular amongst biohacker business leaders to reset and rejuvenate.
