Registered architect Cecil is involved in the property development arena. He is executive chairman of the Yan Yin Company, Cheuk Nang Holdings (Hong Kong), Power Wide Properties (China), Top Regent Asia (Macau) and Martego (Malaysia). He has three children: Gigi, Howard and Roman.
