Director of real estate investment firm Lechare, Leonard is the eldest grandson of the late Ningbo philanthropist Zhao Anzhong. He speaks fluent Mandarin, English, German, Cantonese and Shanghainese. He and his wife, Candice Chan Chao, have three children.
