Lindsay Jang made waves when she opened the immediately iconic Sheung Wan yakitori joint, Yardbird. Today, Jang has several more F&B venues of acclaim under her purview, including the izakaya-style venue, Ronin.

Jang has also expanded into ventures outside of food. In 2021, she launched Family Form, a unique mat-based fitness programme in partnership with The Upper House. Jang envisioned it as the future of the workout, where the principles of hospitality would be applied to the fitness studio environment. In addition, Jang is also the co-founder of the creative communications agency, Hench.

“The last decade has given me more life experience to look at fitness the way I do with restaurants—building community and nurturing relationships.” (in 2021)
