Rita is the chairman of Galewell Group, which she co-founded with her late husband, Thomas Lit-ching Liu. Rita is heavily involved in charities including the HKAPA, Caritas, Yan Chai Hospital, the Red Cross and the Hong Kong Federation of Women.
