Sherman is founder of the Epicurean Group, which operates a variety of F&B outlets and supply chain solutions, including The Peak Lookout, Jimmy’s Kitchen and South Stream Seafoods, among others. This veteran entrepreneur in hospitality is also an independent non-executive director of i-Cable Communications. He is married to Ming Ho.
