Dr Khor Swee Kheng, co-founder, Malaysia Health Coalition (Malaysia)
To provide effective, equitable and accessible healthcare for all Malaysians, Dr Khor Swee Kheng champions novel solutions in two organisations. As CEO of Angsana Health, he provides digital-first solutions for primary healthcare for conditions such as autism, dementia and tuberculosis. In the following years, Angsana is working toward providing its next-generation service to 10 million people in Southeast Asia. Meanwhile, as co-founder of Malaysia Health Coalition (MHC), the physician unites Malaysian health professionals, from doctors and psychologists to nurses and paramedics, to strengthen the country’s healthcare system. “The MHC enables these professional societies to come together on topics that concern everyone—like evidence-based policy-making, sustainable funding for healthcare, and better terms of service for all health professionals,” he explained to Tatler.
