The best seats in the house are either at the wraparound bar overlooking the open kitchen action, or along the indoor-outdoor window seats for breezy tapas and sangria-filled evenings. The tapas and larger platos are a whirl of flavour, with seafood featuring in favourites such as gilda skewers, uni and rusa salad on crisp toast, and carabineros paella. Cheese lovers will want to save room for the burnt Basque cheesecake.
