After close to two deades, Aqua Spirit has a new location at H Zentre. What hasn’t changed is the concise selection of champagne and wine available by the glass or bottle; meanwhile, signature cocktails such as the Japanese Sea, Tokyo Drift and Hokkaido Fashioned have a clear Japanese spin. Japanese and Italian snacks are available from the adjoining restaurant— with prices to match the bar’s million dollar terrace view. The crowd is a mix of after-work socials and couples.
