Rosewood Hong Kong’s casual eatery shows you how warm ambience elevates food and drink to new heights

There’s a decent range of tapas in the city, but seldom do you find this combination of upscale decor, congenial yet professional service, generous portion sizes and space—the seating is plentiful yet well spaced out, and very comfortable, with bar seating for casual gatherings and pockets for a more intimate dîners à deux. Plus, given the parent hotel, it’s a refreshingly reasonable night out. Don’t miss the scallop tiradito; you’ll need an extra portion of bread to wipe up every smear of escabeche dressing. The charred avocado salad is a reminder that sometimes the best dishes rely on nothing more than perfect ingredients.
