Though a little on the outskirts from your typical bar and restaurant scene, this chic venue in slowly gentrifying Sai Wan is a cosy yet sophisticated place for a chill night with friends, especially given the easily shareable menu. Start off with one of their many Korean influenced cocktails or even refreshing mocktails on a balmy evening before diving into their fusion appetisers. For a moreish start to the meal, the Beauty & Beef is a crispy flatbread topped with juicy, top-grade bulgogi and sprinkled with bitter arugula for a well-rounded, shareable dish. If you’re stuck on the various delicious seafood pastas, ask for recommendations from the warm and knowledgeable staff or go straight for the lobster trio, a fragrant balance of lobster to udon with a spicy finish. Top it all off with their signature Pop Mountain, a salty-sweet dessert of caramelised popcorn set onto a mountain of vanilla ice cream and sprinkled with Himalayan pink salt at the table, is just as Instagrammable as it is delicious.

Tatler Tip

Be sure to try one of the many fusion cocktails with influences from Korea – they're light and refreshing, particularly on a warm summer’s evening.
