Expect plenty of light, easy-to share dishes in a cosy, yet sophisticated space

As abstract as it is ambitious, Cobo House (a truncation of “community of bohemians”) is a casual fine diner located in the upper reaches of K11 Musea—one which doubles down on the surrounding mall’s fixation with art and culture. In the kitchen, chefs Ray Choi and Devon Hou are committed to refreshing their menus once every six weeks; with each successive ‘chapter’ homing in on a single, carefully considered theme. Expect dishes that unfurl the connection between Asian and European cuisines, or entire tasting menus given over to teasing out the potential of various regional staple foods (e.g. legumes).

Tatler Tip

To immerse yourself in Cobo House’s glittering 180° vistas, window-side seating is essential. We recommend phoning ahead and reserving one of the restaurant’s semi-privatised nooks.
