Hearty Italian fare served in an elegant setting right by the harbour

Cucina is a contemporary restaurant and bar with broad appeal, drawing a mix of families, couples and business people. Window tables overlooking Hong Kong Island are highly coveted, especially for the nightly Symphony of Lights show, though diners will also be entertained by the two open kitchens. The menu is high-end yet accessible, and includes burrata and Parma ham salad, handmade fettuccine with stewed wild boar, tender, slow-cooked beef cheek, and a lighter take on tiramisu. The wine list contains mostly Italian and French labels, plus a smattering from the new world.

Signature Dishes
