Review
Felix offers one of the most striking dining experiences to be had in the city, from the entrance—dim lighting set the mood for the incredible skyline views ahead (best go during the evening)—through to the edgy Philippe Starck décor, and the exquisite food served amidst of it, commanding one’s utmost appetite and attention. Room is best reserved for mains and desserts: the sea bass Provençal is so tender as to be perfect; the roasted pumpkin and truffle ravioli is a creamy indulgence. For dessert, the whimsically named Break the Felix Wall packs a powerful—and delightfully surprising—punch (hint: it involves a hammer), and the churros just might be the best in town. With a vibe that’s romantic without being too cosy, Felix presents multiple dining facets that are as surprising as they are to be expected—especially on the top floor of The Peninsula, against a backdrop of the city’s magnetic, dynamic energy.
Tatler Tip
Views are lovely all around but do specially request to be seated on the side of the Hong Kong Island skyline.
