Simple flavours shine through at this classic Italian restaurant with a refreshing, casual setting

While some restaurants have one dish that they’re known for, Grissini is blessed with many. Undeniably, there are the famed breadsticks from which the restaurant takes its name, but also the yellowtail carpaccio with chicory puntarelle, the Roman claypot-baked chicken, and the decadent, amaretto-soaked tiramisu, generously scooped from a hefty bowl—all of which keep a coterie of regulars coming back for more. The wine list extensively covers every major wine-producing region in Italy, although the cocktail list is nothing to be sniffed at either.

Signature Dishes

  • Spaghetti, Atlantic lobster, piennolo tomato, basil
  • Roman claypot-baked chicken, morel mushrooms, potatoes
  • Tiramisu all’Amaretto
