Madame Fu

Chinese   |   $ $ $ $   |   Central

With an enviable 8,000 sq ft footprint in the former police headquarters block in Tai Kwun, there are more rooms in Madame Fu than meals in a day. Indeed, its plush, velvety banquettes are very inviting, and the highly ‘grammable interiors will encourage you to linger, stretching your dim sum lunch into afternoon tea, then sundowners into dinner. The Pink Room is where you’re most likely to come across the Instagram set, but you’ll find us on the leafy verandah overlooking the parade ground instead.

Signature Dishes

  • Chicken with black truffle and chive sauce
  • Madame Fu's Beijing duck
  • Typhoon shelter prawn and cod

Tatler Tip

Who said brunch was just for weekends? You’ll find free flow dim sum here on weekdays, too—booze optional.
