Located in a nondescript building in Wan Chai, Megan’s Kitchen is a regular haunt for hotpot connoisseurs. Known for their extensive menu of innovative soup bases (where else can you find tom yum cappuccino or tomato and crab soup soufflé?), the restaurant also serves a menu of classic Cantonese dishes to complement their hotpot selection. Choose from over 20 types of beef, 13 types of dumplings and nearly 30 different kinds of meatballs and fishballs, including the Instagram-famous rainbow cuttlefish balls coloured with beetroot, spinach and purple sweet potato. The restaurant is also vegetarian-friendly with plant-based meatballs, soup bases and fresh vegetables on the menu.
