Wynn Palace’s Mizumi transports guests to a realm where contemporary interiors match with top-notch execution in Japanese delicacies

Not to be confused with the restaurant of the same name located in Wynn Macau, the new Mizumi in Wynn Palace features a more contemporary vibe. Metallic shades add glamour to the spacious dining room, which features the magical centrepiece that is a tree embellished with lights. Mizumi takes pride in its wide range of Japanese cuisine—an extensive range of tempura, and cooked food options on offer. Look no further
for contemporary takes on Japanese classics, such as robatayaki chicken tsukune with Japanese egg yolk sauce, or Mizumi’s own A4 wagyu sukiyaki. The latter is prepared tableside by experienced staff, the generous slices of well-marbled wagyu beef are quickly seared in the hot pan and seasoned with Mizumi’s own blend of sweet soy sauce. Service is attentive and energetic at Mizumi and the team are keen on offering food and wine pairing suggestions.

Tatler Tip

Seasonal seafood plays a crucial role at Mizumi's food offerings. Fresh harvests are often imported from Japan’s fish markets and such items are not shown on the menu. Ask the service team for seasonal highlights
