The lush interiors are modelled after her abode and jet-setting destinations—think retro-luxe art deco, with rooms resembling a sophisticated boudoir, an African safari tent, a Moroccan alcove and a Swiss chalet, complete with faux fireplace. Go for a cocktail that matches the decor (such as King of the Jungle or Alpine Royalty) or opt for the refreshing signature cocktail, the Ning Sling—Absolut Mandarin vodka and Kwai Feh lychee liqueur fused with passionfruit purée and fresh mint.
