With so many bars in Tsim Sha Tsui boasting impressive harbour views, it’s easy to overlook that Sky Lounge has one of the best. Situated on the top floor of the Sheraton hotel, the décor is a corporate brown but the seats are comfortable and service attentive. It’s a great spot to catch the nightly Symphony of Lights show and engage in conversation without being drowned out by loud music and raucous crowds. The food and drinks menu is stored on a tablet device and includes accessible wines, familiar spirits and decent cocktails.
