Large walls of glass overlooking the terrace allow light to flood in to the elegant, contemporary and modern interior of Terrazza. The open view kitchen shielded behind glass acts as a focal point as guests watch their orders being created while they relax in splendidly appointed tables discreetly set well apart from each other. High quality cutlery and crockery add to the luxurious ambience which is delivered in an inviting yet relaxed manner


Terrazza offers excellent Italian cuisine; renowned for its traditional wood-flamed pizza an ordered Piccante served with tomatoes, Mozzarella, spicy pepperoni and onions reminds one that a true Italian pizza is a gastronomic epic; served upon a crisp base lightly brushed with a homemade tomato sauce liberally covered with imported Italian pepperoni and fragrant onions; it is a dish to be devoured with friends.  A starter of Hokkaido sea scallops, lemon-celeriac puree and salt baked fennel with squid ink emulsion reflects the creativity of the chef as he delivers perfectly seared scallops atop an elegant array of diverse flavours creating a medley of taste.  Pasta is perfection at Terrazza and the various dishes will entice your taste buds as you prepare for the king of Italian desserts, Tiramisu.  Chef Gleb Snegin knows that this dish requires little addition and Terrazza delivers perfection by leaving it alone.


Modernity is evident with the choice to choose a variety of wines by the glass from within the encased Enomatic wine machine; perhaps not everyone’s preference but a great way to try wines. Of course the Galaxy master wine list is offered and if a Petrus with your pizza is required, so shall it be ordered.


Attentive and never intrusive the service at Terrazza reflects the formal yet relaxed atmosphere. All staff was able to answer menu questions along with an enthusiastic Sommelier who shone with pride over his futuristic wine machine. Meals were introduced, glasses always refilled and service served with sincerity.

An evening meal for two with wine will cost just over MOP1,000.00, expensive for pizza delivered in a box but not for the elegance, creativity and wonderful tastes delivered at Terrazza, a great place to linger with friends and family.
