Wing Lei Palace

Chinese fine dining presented in opulent interiors

At first sight, Wing Lei Palace’s extravagance is daunting: the abundance of blossoms decorating the expansively large, three-tiered dining hall, the richly carpeted space filled with shades of jade green, glamorous shades of gold and traditional images of ancient Chinese coins and auspicious clouds. The true luxury extends beyond Wing Lei Palace’s interiors, with its outstanding array of fine Chinese dining, from authentic Cantonese standards to new dishes with a contemporary touch. Aside from the finest courses prepared with dried or live seafood, barbecue specialties with the likes of tea-smoked chicken, barbecued black Iberian pork with honey, and grilled goose liver with chicken fillet are show-stoppers. Braised casseroles and stir-fries show the mastery in precise control of time and heat. While the wine list is impressive, artisanal tea selection is one of the best in Macau, prepared by knowledgeable staff.
