The Edition No. 3 is The Macallan’s latest release of its annual series. While all the releases in the series are one-of-a-kind creations, the Edition No. 3 has a significantly different focus from its predecessors as Bob Dalgarno has chosen to collaborate with one of the world’s most respected master perfumers, Roja Dove.
Being known for his ability to identify 800 scents from a single sniff, we spoke to the perfumer himself about the creation of the Edition No. 3.
