Dee's work

As one of the pioneering sustainability advocates in the fashion industry, Dee has made a remarkable contribution to Chinese design and innovation leading her brand, PYE, the retail arm of the Esquel Group.

With a mission to increase the industry and consumers’ awareness about sustainable production methods, Dee strives to position PYE as an intelligent brand that delivers quality without compromising sustainability.

With full control of every step in the production process, from cottonseed research to product retailing, PYE has recently introduced packaging with a tote bag or a shirt bad made of reclaimed cotton, creating a one-stop solution for the environment and customers.

Dee also speaks regularly to Esquel leadership and at industry gatherings about ways to incorporate sustainable action into their businesses.
