To celebrate Mother's Day, sustainable jewellery label Niin is partnering with Catch to bring together a group of inspiring Hong Kong mums to produce a unique collection called mum:me. The launch event takes place on Wednesday, May 9th from 3:30pm to 7pm at the John Masters Organics Pop-up (G/F, 5 Sun Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong)—entry is free but registration is required. There will be mum:me bracelet workshops for kids five and up, kids' workshops for ages one to five, hand massages, photo booth, snacks, wine and lucky draw prizes. The best part? Ten percent of all bracelet sales will go to HKAHF and any old clothes and toys donated on the day will be donated to JLife. Ahead of the event, we asked a few of the multifaceted mums what they love doing most with their little ones:

Favourite thing to do: "I especially love cuddles and milk time when Kai fills me in on his day and I read him stories, or when he has just woken up and is all quiet and snuggly and climbs into our bed. He loves eating and cooking too, so we do a fair bit of that as well on the weekends."

Favourite place to go: "We love taking Kai to the beach for a picnic or on long scooter walks. More often than not we will end up at the country club where he can run around on the lawn and play with his cousins and friends, as well as swim or dive in the sandpit."

2. Denise Ho, fashion stylist and consultant for sustainable brands

Favourite thing to do: "Donovan is such a fun little guy, so I love nap time because that’s the only time of day when I can hold him for more than 5 minutes."

Favourite place to go: "He is still young so we can pretty much take him anywhere, but we love the Beas River Country Club. Every time we go it feels like a mini holiday."

Favourite thing to do: "I love Saturday morning snuggles in bed—often enjoyed over cups of tea and lots of milk in bed whilst we read papers and the kids watch TV shows; lazy mornings when we are not all in a rush are definitely my most treasured moments during the week."

Favourite place to go: "I love bringing the kids to South Lantau, where it's all about the beaches and being surround by a little wilderness. Dragontail farm is a lovely place to take the kids to; you can pick your own veggies."

4. Madeline Thompson Green, founder and designer of Madeleine Thompson Cashmere

Favourite thing to do: "My favourite thing to do with the kids is to take them to the beach or on the boat. The beach is brilliant as they can run and run, and if they fall it’s ok—but my youngest now eats sand so that’s less relaxing. You have to be fully vigilant on a boat but my best memories of my own childhood and with my family are the days on the boat."
