Six of the city’s most stylish fashionistas granted us an all-access pass to their fabulous dressing rooms

WHO:  Ming Ho-Tang, consultant for Li & Fung, married to Sherman Tang.

SIZE MATTERS: When designing their home, Sherman asked Ming if she wanted a glam dressing room or a practical one. She opted for practical—which spans three rooms and has double layers of racks to ensure not an inch of space is wasted. Did we also mention she also has two more wardrobes in the guest rooms?

DRESSES TO IMPRESS: “My favourite designers are Giambattista Valli, Dolce & Gabbana, Christian Dior and Oscar de la Renta,” Ming says. “They are timeless and their clothes are so well made that they never go out of style.” Ming’s collection of gowns rivals that of a Lane Crawford showroom.

GAGA FOR GUCCI: “Lately I’ve been wanting to wear something fun,” she says in explaining the multicoloured embellished Gucci jumper we find. “I fear that my style may be too monotonous, so it’s fun to switch it up every now and then.”

CHIC COLLECTIBLES: “I collect too many things to name or list,” says Ming. “From Christian Dior handbags, Chanel handbags, Fendi handbags, Azzedine Alaïa bags and dresses, Christian Louboutin shoes and Jimmy Choos—oh, and Judith Leiber clutches! I’m sure there’s something I’m forgetting,” she says with a laugh.
