Newly engaged in May, famous Chinese couple Mario Ho and Ming Xi has just announced their marriage on Weibo

Soon after their fairytale proposal on May 13, which was framed by 99,999 roses spanning three levels of Shanghai's L'Avenue Mall, Mario Ho (son of billionaire casino tycoon Stanley Ho) and Chinese supermodel Ming Xi are in the spotlight again with the announcement of their marriage on Weibo today. 

After two years of dating, Mario Ho popped the question to his now-fiancé, Ming Xi, a 30-year-old US-based Chinese supermodel in front of 1,000 friends and family in May, which took the internet by storm as one of the most extravagant proposal surprises ever.

The young couple uploaded three studio photos with a red background on Weibo, which hinted at the good news about their official marriage. In his Weibo post, Mario Ho shared a sweet message with Ming Xi: "The person on the left has good taste (in picking a partner)," to which Ming Xi replied, "The person on the right has good taste (in picking a partner)."

The couple has officially signed the marriage certificate, but the official date of the wedding ceremony has yet to be confirmed.
