We speak with the young entrepreneur about life in Hong Kong, and what the next ten years looks like for her

As co-founder of Indicube, a dynamic creative digital agency, Antonia Li is in her element. With her business partner Ruth Chao, she helps to design interactive websites and apps providing identity and brand development services. When she’s not kickboxing or playing golf, Antonia can be spotted at some of the most exclusive events around town and is a regular fixture on the social scene.

Following her time at Hutchison Whampoa, and with an MBA under her belt, we speak with the young entrepreneur about growing up in Hong Kong, and the challenges of creating and running your own business in the big city.

Hong Kong symbolises love, support and opportunities.

At Indicube, we make designs that speak to your audience directly, functionally and aesthetically.

My proudest accomplishment is when clients tell us they cannot be any happier with their work.

My biggest inspiration is Diane von Furstenberg. A quote that has stuck with me is: "I have never worked a day in my life, because I love what I do."

What I love most about running my own business is being able to meet other passionate entrepreneurs, along with riding the wave of excitement and enthusiasm for rebranding prospects. When you’re connecting people, there is never a dull moment.

My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to be patient – all the fine details matter. Always aim high, but don't be too hard on yourself.

In ten years, I hope that Indicube has moved into developing more innovative technology. I hope that it will grow to be more internationally recognised, but I’m happy to focus on the regional and local growth in the meantime.

You only live once. Just do it.
