"Since Stephen [Loman] and I are set to get married next year, one of my resolutions is to cut back on drinking as I’m hoping to slim down so I look my best on our big day."

"In 2018, I hope to be able to really challenge myself athletically. I play tennis and am a runner, but I want to push myself and incentivise myself to be more active in my daily life. My challenge for the new year is to take part and complete my first half-marathon."

"It’s going to be the year of flaunting—not my wealth but my body. My nickname TSE, which stands for 'the sexiest ever,' will be back. My goal is to lose at least 10kg and to get fighting fit again, so I’m planning to take up lots of boxing and yoga next year to achieve my goal."

Denise Lo

"I’ve always wanted to try aerial yoga but fear I may not be at the ideal level of fitness, so my first resolution would be to join a gym near my office so I can get fitter. I’ve always been meaning to take my parents on a cruise down the Danube River, so here’s hoping I can tick that one off my bucket list too."

Peter Cheung

"I’ve been working in the luxury and fashion sectors for almost 25 years, and my friends keep telling me I should write a book to recount all the funny stories and unbelievable experiences I’ve had. So my goal is to start writing my book, or at least a couple of chapters. I’m thinking Dominick Dunne meets The Devil Wears Prada."

Angela Cheng-Matsuzawa

"I’m always pretty ambitious towards the end of the year, but there are three key resolutions I have in mind. The first is to read a book at least every week. The second is to work on improving my Japanese—not just 'shopping Japanese,' but to really harness an understanding of the language. And the third is perhaps the most ambitious and that’s to 'Marie Kondo' my home; I would love everything to just be organised and in its place."
