The Italian fashion house started with supplying the finest of its signature cashmere, alpaca, and vicuña to major international maisons including Balenciaga, Dior, Givenchy, Hermes, and Saint Laurent.

Brining in a new mood to Agnona in FW19, this season’s collection pulls off an ultra-feminine vibe with a return to minimalism, showcasing the feminine and masculine silhouettes in a moodier, colder colour palette.

Described as “slouchy formality”, the new bias-cut dresses, shirt jackets, buffalo plaid coats, slip dresses and beanie hats are elevated with key fabrics such as bias-cut wool and cotton leno tweed, and platino tweed, in cashmere and wool updated from an original 1978 Agnona cloth to create a soft yet powerful look.

2. Antonio Marras

Known for his unique style of using ligazzio rubio (meaning “red thread” in Sardinian language), Italian fashion designer Antonio Marras surprises with a bold and unconventional approach to his namesake brand’s FW19 collection, which beautifully showcased the virtuosity of his jackdaw maximalism.

Inspired by Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani, the collection recalls his work through the use of lace, embroidery, floral and tulle arranged in disharmony, matched with palettes of antique pink, anthracite grey, and the classic black and white to reflect a feminine and contemporary country aesthetic.

3. Brioni

The theme of Brioni’s FW19 collection is “men at ease with themselves”, which resonates with the Italian menswear couture house’s style of masculine sophistication.

Made with luxurious and tactile materials and features a fused amalgamation of neutral tones, the collection highlights the Primo suit, a new slender slim-fit silhouette in a contemporary expression of the signature Brioni tailoring.

Designed to cover every moment of a man’s life, the superior apparel is made from high-quality anti-crease fabrics for the Brioni man from dawn to dusk, ensuring its wearer maintains poise and elegance throughout the day.

4. Pierre Louis Mascia

Hailing from Toulouse, France, Pierre Louis Mascia expresses creativity with exaggerated floral motifs and prints contrasted with intense and unusual colour combinations and bold strokes to match his aesthetics of refinement, luxury and distinction.

The new FW19 flourishes with classic fringed Pierre Louis Mascia scarf with the silk shawl with plush orylag fur insert together with the introduction of the padded scarf made with 100% wool blanket printed on both sides and defined by natural motifs in floral patterns—a must-have to add to your wardrobe for the cold weather.
