Known for her sweet, feminine style, Elly Lam is one of the most high profile It-girls of her generation. The online influencer, who has more than 110k followers on Instagram, is constantly connected to her fans through social media, and always in immaculate makeup and enviable style. 

Elly's signature doll-like look is all about emphasising her huge eyes while keeping the rest of the face subtle. One of her go-to's is a dramatic metallic shadow (Tom Ford's Cream and Powder Eye Colour in Young Adonis), which really draws attention to the eyes, especially when topped off with a layer of shimmer powder.

The self-proclaimed Cali girl spent nearly five years in Los Angeles as a student, and adores the West Coast. “It’s such a healthy place and it’s got such a positive vibe,” she explains, “The weather there makes it hard to be in a bad mood. The skies in LA are like nowhere else; every day it’s like a painting in front of you.”

To create an LA-esque sun-kissed summer look, Elly says, “You need a little highlighter (Tom Ford Sheer Cheek Duo in Paradise Lust) right up on your cheekbones. What I like to do is put a little bit on my cupid's bow, just a little, to get that pouty look.”

A brush of bronzer (Tom Ford The Ultimate Bronzer in Gold Dust) in the hollow under the cheekbones is also essential. “I like to go in an upwards motion, because it gives that lifting, firming look.” And for the finishing touch, “I use my pinky to raise my nose a little bit and give it even more definition.”
