Stylist to the stars William Gilchrist recently visited Hong Kong to introduce the Joyce Gentlemen collection, which celebrates designers and craftsmen who question the rules. Gilchrist, who grew up in Kenya and Mauritius and worked as a fashion editor in Milan for many years, has collaborated with Joyce to identify iconic brands who push the boundaries of fashion.

Having dressed The Rolling Stones and Jude Law, Gilchrist now brings his unique style to Hong Kong. He took some time to discuss with us his tips for men’s fashion, and to give us some recommendations on which items should form the basis of every gentleman’s wardrobe.
