Roses and perfume have always been closely connected. Classic, opulent and seductive, the aroma of roses has captivated women worldwide for decades. As a rose lover herself, Cleopatra is known for her beauty rituals of bathing in rose water and surrounding her bedside with rose-pink petals.

To pay tribute to the Egyptian Queen’s aura and her love of roses, Bulgari introduces Rose Goldea, an exotic yet elegant new scent.

Emblematically entwined with the perfume is Bulgari’s Serpenti collection, a collection that was launched more than 50 years ago. As a motif of strength, seduction and power, the serpent was Cleopatra’s iconic ornament – as seen on Hollywood legend Elizabeth Taylor during the filming of Cleopatra.

As a homage to Cleopatra and the house’s renowned jewellery series, this fragrance is feminine and seductive, with its beauty reflected in the softness of rose petals.

Rose Goldea opens with Pomegranate at the top of the composition, filling the nose with a hint of fruity accents. As the fragrance develops, the emphasis is on the Damascena Rose Absolute and Grandiflorum Jasmine Absolute, supported by musky, creamy Sandalwood Milk and White Incense.

“Rose Goldea evokes the eternal beauty that all women even to this day pursue, bringing associations of nature and freshness into a very contemporary and feminine trial,” remarks Alberto Morillas, Bulgari’s Master-Perfumer.

Encapsulated in a sleek soft-pink flacon, with the Serpenti-inspired aesthetics easily spotted on the neck of the bottle, the scent is created for modern women with elegance and confidence.
